What you earn
Let’s talk money.
Your share depends on the final selling price of each piece. Choose store credit for 10 extra percentage points.
Earnings are calculated after discounts, excluding delivery charges. This guide applies to new consignments; existing consignments follow their agreed terms.

The practical bits
A clear plan,
from the start.
Six months, then your choice.
At the end of the consignment period, we contact you to choose between recovering your unsold pieces, extending the consignment or donating them. Donation requires your explicit choice.
Is this consignment or an upfront purchase?
It’s consignment: you earn a share when an accepted piece sells. We share proposed prices, payout details and consignment terms for your approval before listing.
Where can I drop off my pieces?
At LOOQAL in Tanglin Mall or i12 Katong. Send your photos first so we can confirm the next steps with you. Courier collection can also be arranged; arrangements and any associated costs are confirmed before booking.
When will I receive my earnings?
Every three months, we send a sales report and payout for eligible sold items. A sale is included once its 14-day return period has ended. You can choose PayNow or Viktor & Sasha store credit.
How does the store credit bonus work?
You receive 10 extra percentage points compared with the PayNow rate. For example, a S$80 sale gives you S$40 via PayNow or S$48 in store credit. Store credit is valid exclusively on Viktor & Sasha products, online or at LOOQAL.
What happens if a piece hasn’t sold?
The initial consignment period is six months. At the end of that period, we contact you for an explicit choice: recover your unsold pieces, extend the consignment or donate them. We do not treat silence as consent to donate.
Do my photos confirm acceptance?
Photos help us make an initial selection. We assess the actual pieces before final acceptance and agree the pricing, payout details and terms with you before listing.
