Every dress is subtly different as every woman who hand-smocked them only made 5 or 10 of them; a truly unique dress. A delicately hand smocked dress with light plumetis voile fabric, The fluttery sleeves create an aerial look. Full of couture details such as the light pink plumetis, the two-tone contrasting hand smock and the flounce sleeves.
